Adam C. Zimmerman represents a variety of businesses in corporate and securities law matters. He has experience in several industries including commercial real estate, manufacturing, technology, and life sciences. He handles matters pertaining to entity formation, securities law, intellectual property, electronic commerce agreements, and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler in 2007, Mr. Zimmerman worked at a Columbia, Maryland-based law firm where he represented clients in commercial real estate transactions, leases, and loan agreements, among other matters. He has also clerked for the Honorable Wanda Keyes Heard in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and served as a program manager for the State of Maryland Public School Construction Program. In the latter position, Mr. Zimmerman handled an array of public contracting and real estate matters pertaining to school construction throughout the state.
