After graduating from law school, Mr. Gorham briefly worked for a small firm in Annapolis focusing on medical malpractice defense. He then moved to Semmes, Bowen & Semmes in Baltimore, where he spent a year and a half concentrating primarily in medical malpractice defense and general litigation before joining Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler.
Mr. Gorham focuses on bankruptcy matters involving large retailers, complex bankruptcy litigation, commercial reorganizations, creditors’ rights, and representation of creditors’ committees.
