David M. Hausner is an associate in the Firm’s tax law and real estate practice groups. Also an experienced certified public accountant, Mr. Hausner brings to bear on all matters a deep understanding of state and federal tax laws and their impact on commercial transactions and business development.
Prior to graduating magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Hausner practiced as a CPA and worked as a tax manager and controller. He later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley J. Goldberg, Special Trial Judge of United States Tax Court. Now, with over a decade of focused experience in tax matters in a variety of industries, Mr. Hausner assists real estate developers and other companies successfully navigate commercial transactions, loans, and business formation.
