Joshua D. Bradley is an associate in the Firm’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring department. He concentrates on creditors’ rights and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. Prior to joining Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, Mr. Bradley practiced at Merle, Brown & Nakamura in New York City, where he represented large and small companies in federal and state courts, in connection with securities litigation, contractual disputes, and employment and tort matters. An experienced corporate lawyer, he has also represented businesses in a variety of complex commercial transactions, including manufacturing, licensing, and stock-purchase agreements. Mr. Bradley is a graduate of the Brooklyn Law School and served as a student law clerk for the Honorable Neil Jon Firetog of the Supreme Court in Kings County, New York.
