Matthew A.S. Esworthy is an associate with extensive experience representing clients in criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully handled numerous trials and appeals. Before entering private practice, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Murphy, Jr., Chief Judge of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. He concentrates on general civil and criminal litigation, including securities litigation, partnership disputes, appeals, and employment law.
