Renée Lane-Kunz is the Chief Operating Officer of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, as well as a practicing corporate attorney. As C.O.O., she is responsible for the oversight and management of the Firm's finances, human resources, information technology, facilities and general administration. She possesses twenty years of management experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. As a member of the Executive Committee at the Harbor Court Hotel in Baltimore throughout the 1990s, Ms. Lane-Kunz routinely handled general liability claims, employment law and human resource issues, and supervised outside counsel. She also represented the Harbor Court, a Preferred Hotel & Resorts Worldwide establishment, at travel industry conventions throughout Europe, Scandinavia, and the United States, working with state and local government to promote the Capital Region of Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

Ms. Lane-Kunz's lengthy experience as a business executive has made her especially sensitive and respondent to the concerns of the Firm’s business clients. In her legal practice, she concentrates on general business and corporate law, as well as employment law and human-resource matters, across a variety of industry sectors.
