Robert B. Levin is a partner in the litigation department. He concentrates in complex litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, business fraud, health care, class action, and appellate litigation.
Mr. Levin served as a law clerk to Judge (later Chief Judge) Richard P. Gilbert of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. From 1981 to 1992, he was a partner in the Baltimore law firm of Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman. He served as Assistant Special Counsel to the Committee on the Judiciary, U.S. House of Representatives, in connection with the impeachment of a federal judge, and as a Chief Solicitor in the Baltimore City Department of Law. He has co authored articles on grand jury investigations, malpractice liability of psychiatrists, and the RICO statute.
