Real Estate
Our attorneys are at the heart of major real estate transactions throughout the Mid Atlantic and across the country. Major developers and commercial lenders have been turning to the Firm for decades. The Firm is experienced in all aspects of acquisitions and sales, development, leasing, real estate finance, property management, and joint ventures. On behalf of developers, we have helped bring about skyscrapers, office parks, mixed use land development, shopping centers, apartment buildings, stand-alone build-to-suits, and commercial condominiums.
When appropriate, the real estate practice group coordinates with the Firm's tax and banking attorneys, providing clients with informed counsel in all areas of the transaction. In addition, our litigation department is experienced in the representation of construction and real estate clients, and can help resolve or avoid contractual disputes.
