Employment Law

The Firm represents corporate clients in legal disputes arising out of employment relationships. We handle all forms of employment litigation, including actions to enforce non-competition or non-solicitation agreements, claims alleging breach of employment agreement, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, or violations of federal and state anti-discrimination laws.

We also provide informed litigation avoidance counsel and assist companies in enacting policies that deter potential employment litigation.
