Working in close collaboration with the COO, Theresa L. Evans is the Human Resources Coordinator for the firm. In this position, she handles all aspects of the firm’s employee benefits, training, recruiting, and orientation. Prior to joining Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, Ms. Evans worked for the Baltimore County Government, initially as an Executive Administrative Assistant and later as a Benefits Specialist. Having worked in law firms for over seven years, Ms. Evans also brings considerable legal experience to her position. She worked at the law firm of Venable LLP as both a Corporate Paralegal and a Legal Secretary and at the law firm of Walter I. Seif, Jr. as a legal secretary. She holds a BA from the University of Baltimore and an AA in Paralegal Studies from Dundalk Community College.
