Michael S. Bullock is an associate in Shapiro Sher’s Insurance Law and Litigation Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance law, construction law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Bullock represents insurance companies, producers, and other professionals in insurance coverage disputes, business torts, and other commercial matters. He also represents individuals and businesses in contract disputes, conspiracy, fraud, and other tort claims.
Prior to joining Shapiro Sher, Mr. Bullock worked as a litigation associate at a Baltimore-based firm, where his practice focused on the defense of construction-related design professionals, premises liability defense, and general casualty matters. Mr. Bullock also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Mr. Bullock graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Mr. Bullock was a Staff Editor for the , represented incarcerated and indigent clients held on improper pretrial conditions as a Rule 19 Student Attorney with the Pretrial Justice Clinic, served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and was a law clerk at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General.
