Attorney Profile

Brady L. Rodriguez helps financial institutions protect their interests and navigate challenges throughout the commercial lending process. As an associate in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Group, she advises lenders on a wide range of matters, from originating and structuring loans to managing complex restructurings and workouts.

Clients turn to Brady for guidance on negotiating forbearance agreements, restructuring loan facilities, and complying with U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) requirements. She also assists with bankruptcy matters, collateral recovery, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights.

Her work often includes supporting clients in post-judgment enforcement efforts such as garnishments, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and contract disputes. Brady aims to help clients manage risk, address challenges efficiently, and resolve issues with clarity and consistency.

Prior to joining Shapiro Sher, Brady built a strong foundation in commercial litigation, construction law, and creditors’ rights at a respected Maryland law firm. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was elected Class President and served on the Student Bar Association. During law school, she also spent two years clerking with a Maryland law firm, gaining hands-on experience in commercial litigation, transactions, and bankruptcy.
