The Maryland State Bar Association today released the Fifth Edition of Pleading Causes of Action in Maryland. Co-authored by trial attorney Paul Mark Sandler of Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler and James K. Archibald of Venable LLP, Pleading Cause of Action has long been an essential resource for Maryland litigators.
Paul Mark Sandler presented a day-long trial training session for young lawyers at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's annual conference in Chicago. The event used the Sacco and Vanzetti trial as an instructional vehicle and featured several prominent jurists and litigators from around the country.
